VWSA has entered into an agreement with BAMS to facilitate the verification of the ISP’s information prior to being able to access the VW systems. Charges associated with the verification process will be for the ISP’s own account and will include a standard administration fee for the BAMS website.

All PI will be kept confidential in compliance with the POPIA Act and will only be utilized to facilitate the registration process or in the instance where VWSA is legally required to make contact with the ISP.

VWSA has made training options available to ISPs for both system functionality and repair processes. These options can be accessed thought the iPartner website for which a URL link is available from either the VW or AUDI Brand homepages, or the Customer Interaction Centre (CIC), 086 043 4737. All training material/courses are offered at a standard fee which is available on the iPartner website.

VWSA will uphold the existing Warranty on a vehicle as long as the ISP complies with the following conditions:

i) only Original Equipment (OE) parts should be used for repairs or services,
ii) VW Group repair/service guidelines should be strictly followed, and
iii) the prescribed repair equipment should be utilized. If a customer vehicle suffers either a breakdown or fault after repair work has been done by an ISP, VWSA retain the right to void the Warranty relating to the failure should it be found that the ISP did not follow any of the above mentioned conditions.

Under the Competition Guidelines, VWSA has no obligation to reimburse ISPs for Warranty work done. All costs related to the repair will be for the customer’s account.

All OE parts and Special Tools are available for purchase through the existing VW Group dealer network.

VWSA recommend all ISPs to register on the erWin online website which will give them access to the Digital Service Schedule (DSS). Once an ISP has serviced a vehicle, the vehicle VIN should be utilized to update the online DSS with the current service activities.
